About the Chef:
Chef Tim Glover
Chef Tim grew up in the deep south - Houma, Louisiana. Food was a big part of the culture in that area and is still a big part of his life today. His love of serving others and experiencing food convinced him that Culinary Arts School was the right move for his second career. Chef Tim attended St. Paul College’s Culinary Arts program and received his Diploma from the program in 2008.
Chef Tim is also in the National Guard and has received one Army commendation for his food preparation for his Unit and one for leadership while serving in Iraq. Chef Tim’s Unit loves when he gets in the kitchen and his fellow Guardsmen affectionately refer to him as Sergeant G-Love. Tim worked at Boudreaux’s Catering in his youth in Baton Rouge and in the metro area he recently worked for the exclusive Lafayette Club in Minnetonka. A food truck and catering business allows Chef Tim the ability to express his creativity through food and to serve others. He is pleased to be joined in the business by his son, Tim II.
